Random Drawing Winners and Public Comment Winner

Sorry for the delay in posting the random drawing winners and Public Comment winners for the Black and White Project QUILTING Challenge.  I vended at the Summer Craftacular yesterday and was just beat when I got home.  So, with no further adieu, let’s see who won!
