A Lovely Year of Finishes–May Goals

It’s that time of the month again – time to figure out my quilting goals. I have a lot going on this month but I also have a lot of quilting deadlines to try to fit in so things will just have to get done. I think my goals are just going to be what HAS to get done because of other deadlines instead of adding even more to my plate. Let’s take a look at my May goals for the ‘A Lovely Year of Finishes’.
I have my plan,
I have my fabrics painted,
I even have the piecing started. But I still have a long way to go. This Fat Quarter Shop Challenge quilt HAS to get done this month though so wish me luck!
Goal 2: My Favorite Block Quilt Along Top Pieced
All 20 of the blocks for the ‘My Favorite Block Quilt Along’ have been posted and it’s time to get the top pieced. I still need to make a few more 6-inch blocks but I’m about ready to get this one sewn together. Hopefully it doesn’t take too long.
I announced the Pantone Project QUILTING Challenge today. Since I run this challenge I feel like I should probably make a quilt for it. I have no ideas yet for it but I’m sure I’ll come up with something.
So that’s it. Those are my three goals to go with my crazy busy May life. Wish me luck – and lots of it please!
