Block 1 – Patchwork Squared Modern Solids Quilt Along

The first quilt block for the quilt along was left up to us – what inspires us? I’ve decided that I’m going to make the same block – Constellation (minorly tweaked by me – I rotated the four corners of triangles…) – that I used for our orchard’s barn quilt – the second in Columbia County,

And here it is – Block 1 that will also become the center block of the quilt.
