Capri’s Owl – and another little story about the Sisters

Well, here’s Capri’s Owl..I’m in love!  I ended up using some poly quilt batting that I had so I was able to finish it right away.  I still need to perfect the feet but I think I’m getting closer to what I want.  I’ve also shortened the ears and raised the wings up a bit.  I’m getting closer to the design I like.  Now I just need more little girls to need to make these for…   On a side note, the last few mornings when the girls’ have woken up, Capri has climbed into bed with Cedi (yes, they share a room) and Cedi has been reading books to her!  As long as I don’t hear crying I let them hang out together and I always hate when it gets to be the point that I need to get them ready for the day.  It’s just so sweet to hear them with each other over the monitor.
