CIRCUS!

I have been crazy busy lately and all I seem to get done is piecing more quilt tops.  I honestly can’t seem to stop sewing – which is a good thing but I’ve been getting really far behind in blogging, listing and other everyday things that need to be done.  Anyway, tonight I decided to make a list of all the things I had to blog about and I realized I hadn’t blogged about our trip to the Circus in February!  

So, the circus comes to town every February and Papa thought it would be a good time for the girls.  Not only would the girls’ first time at the circus but mine too!

I got the girls both these light up whirly thing-a-ma-jigs.  They are still enjoying them today so I’d say they were a good buy.

Jared and I both agreed that the elephant was pretty amazing.

The circus was a lot longer than we thought it would be and we had chosen the later show to go to.  We decided to avoid major meltdown’s during the second half that we would say things were over at intermission and headed for home to get the girls to bed.  All in all, it was great fun and I’m looking forward to next year!
