Block 7.  I did a bonus block this week just because I had time…I figure I may as well get as much ahead as I can when I can since things always come up.

I really do love these blocks.  It’s true – there are some pretty tiny pieces.  In Block 7 we were supposed to cut 20 1.5” blocks (10 in each fabric).  That’s just pure crazy so instead I strip pieced the checkerboard portion together.  It went together pretty quickly so it wasn’t as crazy as it looks.

I can’t wait to keep working on more!
