Farmer’s Daughter’s New Neighborhood–52 Blocks Twisted Tradition QuiltAlong

I’ll admit it.  I almost completely forgot to put together a tutorial for this weeks tutorial for the 52 Blocks Quilt Along.  I don’t know what triggered it but I did remember it at about 5:00pm on Tuesday.  Luckily for me, my in-laws had already asked if they could take the big girls to gymnastics – which gave me just enough time to put together the block and take the pictures for the tutorial.  Whew!

52 Twisted Traditional Block Quilt Along

Finished Block Size – 10” x 10”

I twisted the ‘Farmer’s Daughter’ block for our next block. By color/fabric placement I felt like it looked like apartment buildings….creating the Farmer’s Daughter New Neighborhood Block!
