Friend Ornament Exchange 2016

The other night I was a part of an ornament exchange.  I made my famous pop tab/aurifil thread ornament as my exchange.

I know my ornament is absolutely amazing … but I secretly hid a sewing machine ornament to give to the winner as a little bonus. Anyway – when it came time for me to pick my random number I won the perfect ornament! 

They’re not technically ornaments but it wouldn’t be hard to add some embroidery floss to make these into ornaments if I wanted.  But I don’t!  Instead of a collection of Santa’s or Snowmen, I collect Christmas Trees!  These are a perfect fit for my collection!
