Home Sweet Home Sashing Tutorial Rail Fence (46)

Seriously- there is only two Home Sweet Home Sashing tutorials left!  And this post is one of them!  I can’t believe the end is in sight!

Materials:

Fabric 1 (Pink w/ apples) : 14.5” x 1.5” strip

Fabric 2 (Green): 14.5” x 1.5” strip

Fabric 3 (Checkered Pink) 14.5” x 1.5”

Directions:

Sew Fabrics 1 and 3 to either side of Fabric 2.  Iron towards Fabric 2.  Cut four 3.5” squares out of the 14.5” x 3.5” strip you just created.

Arrange the four squares in the same manner as you can I did in the sashing just below Block 14, Under the Apple Tree.  Sew them together into a 3.5” x 12.5” sashing strip.
