Month 6–Courthouse Steps–Bella Skill Builder Quilt Along

Happy July 1st everyone! Summer is just flying in our household but someone I didn’t forget that today is the day to share the next block of the Fat Quarter Shop
This month the featured block is the classic Courthouse Step block. Of course I had to have fun playing with all of my random Bella Solids that I’m using for my quilt to see what I could come up with. It’s so crazy how fabric placement can really change the look of a design.
The Creative Grids 6” Log Cabin Trim Tool is recommended for this block and I agree that it definitely helped me make these blocks perfectly.
Now head on over to the Jolly Jabber to see what other bloggers and quilters are doing with their Bella Sampler Quilts! It’s so fun to see all the different versions! ~~~||~~~
Have you signed up for the “Sew Sampler” box from the Fat Quarter Shop? I’ve been a member for about 6 months now and it’s something I look forward to each month! Also a great gift idea for the quilter in your life!
