Owl Be Yours Quilted Log Cabin Pillow

I’ve mentioned before – I’ve become obsessed with printing my own fabric on www.Spoonflower.com.  I just ordered another large back of swatches so I’ll have some new fabrics to show off in a few weeks.  Today I’m going to show you some of the things I’ve created using my ‘Owl’ fabric.

Owl Fabric from Spoonflower.  Using a photo I took of my ‘Owl Be Yours’ Quilt I created a fun, whimsical printed fabric on Spoonflower.  From this fabric I’ve created quite a few fun little pieces of art.

There is the Stuffed Owl Ornament – great for the Holidays or just to hang as a decoration in your home.

Owl be Yours Miniature Hoop Art.  A simple, but effective way to display this fabulous, quirky owl. 

And my newest creation – the Owl Be Yours Quilted Log Cabin Pillow.  The quirky owl fabric is framed with the traditional Log Cabin block.  It really does frame the piece quite nicely.  And I love when modern and traditional are combined to created something fabulous!
