Pocket Economy Block from Kerry Goulder of Kid Giddy – Block 6 of the Old School Block of the Month

It’s June 12th which means there is a new block for the Old School BOM 2021 today! If you missed all the beginning info you can find out all about this Block of the Month HERE.

This month we have Kerry Goulder of Kid Giddy joining us with a fun twist on the Economy Block – a Pocket Economy Block! Kerry is a fabulous quilt and block designer whom I’m thrilled to have joining us this month. She also designs amazing doll pattern. This Pocket Economy Block is just fabulous. It’s a basic block with a super fun twist added to it!

You can see I put some fun little bobbin ladies in the pocket of my block. I’m looking forward to hiding fun little secret surprises in the pocket once the quilt is finished.

This weekend Kerry’s daughter graduates High School and two of my kiddos are playing in a softball tournament all weekend. We’ll respond to any questions and concerns about the block once the weekend is over. Thanks for understanding!
