Postcard from Columbus–Block Entry

It’s that time again!  It’s time to vote for your favorite block for the ‘Everything Old is New Again’ Block Challenge.  This months inspiration was the ‘Ohio Star’.

Here’s what I came up with.  It’s called ‘Postcard from Columbus’.  Once again I utilized that same panel, along with Michael Miller Couture solids.  I decided to add a little turquoise lip to two sides of the block … just for fun!

And here are my three blocks all together so far!  I’m having a bunch of fun with this challenge. I truly enjoy that I don’t know what each months block inspiration will be and therefore have no idea where this quilt is going. Voting goes from October 11th – 14th so head over now!
