Trim the Tree

So, after I got over my disappointed ‘picture erasing’ mistake, we finished decorating our Christmas tree.

  We have an open ceiling in our family room so we tend to get rather large trees to fill it up.  We go tree ‘hunting’ in the back property of Jared’s parents land.  We find these amazing trees that are usually tall and skinny…a bit Charlie Brown-ish.  This year I picked out the tree and it was a bit larger than we had planned.

So…we trimmed the bottom part of the tree a bit and created a topiary-ish look. 

The girls can comfortably walk under the tree.

I’m guessing it’s a bit different than other trees you’ve seen.
