Week 4 of the Perfect 10 Quilt Along–Cookies and Cream and Cotton Candy Blocks

Cookies & Cream and Cotton Candy are the next two blocks for Week 4 of the Perfect 10 Quilt Along which shows off the blocks from the new Perfect 10 Quilt book.  These are two of my kids’ favorite ice creams!  (Yes – cotton candy ice cream – Cedi will eat pretty much anything flavored like cotton candy!). 

Let’s see what they look like!

Here’s my Cookies & Cream Quilt Block. I wanted to keep this one fairly neutral with just a pop of color!

And here’s my version of the “Cotton Candy” block.  I’ll admit … once I saw this when I was done I realized that I had accidentally flipped two of the half square triangle blocks!  Whoops!  I think it still looks cool though so I’m going to leave it. ~|~|~|~ Find out how you can join in the fun HERE and be sure to see what the other participants are using for their fabrics in this fun quilt!
