A Lovely Year of Finishes–May Goal

I’ve been contemplating my May Goal for the last five days.  I would LOVE to finish another big WIP quilt top for May…but I also want to be realistic.  It’s going to be a BUSY month with dance recitals, gymnastic classes, choir concerts, field trips, birthday parties and weddings to go to – let’s not forget – fixing the pictures for the last year and a half on my blog…  My sewing time isn’t going to be as available as I’d like it to be and I don’t want to stress out about getting anything extreme done.  I never want to make myself dread having to work on something because I’m just not ‘feeling’ it.  So, this month – I’m keeping it simple. My goal this month is to simply complete a quilted piece for the May Off Season Project QUILTING Challenge – Can You Measure Up? I headed down to my sewing room and pulled out all the rulers I have that I haven’t tried out yet… I may have a few…

Now…I just need to decide which one I’m going to take out of its package for the first time this month!
