My Ruffler Foot!

Shabby Ruffled Log Cabin - Kim's Crafty Apple Challenge

For the Log Cabin Challenge in Season 1 of Project Quilting, AllthingsBelle made this adorable log cabin quilt using her new ruffler foot.  As soon as I saw it – I knew I had to add a ruffler foot to my Christmas List.   Well, my quilting mother-in-law was kind enough to fulfill this particular Christmas Wish!  (thanks!)

As you may imagine – I was a bit intimidated when I pulled out my new ruffler foot from the box (with no usage instructions, installation instructions yes…but no usage).  So, I did a quick google search and this fabulous video on UTube made ruffling easy peasy!

  After watching the video, I attached my ruffler foot and started to enjoy the fun!

Of course…I had to make a ruffle in each setting – just to see how it all worked…
