Quilts in the Wild

I don’t know about you … but I’ve made a lot of quilts.  I still have a lot of quilts … I need to keep a bunch so my trunk show is even more exciting.  But I have also given away a lot of quilts.  I always love seeing my ‘quilts in the wild’ because it proves they are being used and loved! 

At the end of each year I go through my photo’s from the entire year and make a folder called ‘Best of 20xx’.  From there I’m able to make a memory book of all the best memories with out completely going overboard.  Of course, I digress.  As I was going through the pictures I came across this picture of my ‘quilt in the wild’.  It’s the quilt that I made for my brother.  His favorite color is white!  And cool blues and greens … so this is what I came up with.  It makes me so happy seeing it being used and on his bed!  That is exactly what I made it for!
